DJ Smith is a licensed professional engineer turned real estate investor and co-founder of four real estate companies including Victory Capital Group, LLC. As an engineer, DJ successfully completed hundreds of jobs including several with multi-million dollar budgets. This work included turnkey design-build projects where DJ was the primary client interface responsible for leading teams in the design, construction and commissioning of chemical and food processing plants. DJ is now part of a national network of real estate professionals where he has leveraged his engineering and business experience to become an accomplished real estate investor. DJ is currently invested in over 1200 multifamily units. In his spare time, DJ enjoys spending time with his wife Kristen and two children, Jeffrey and Rachel. DJ also gives generously of his time. He currently serves on the board of a local high school music program and volunteers at his church.
